A CCBLUX tomou conhecimento hoje que a Ministra da Justi\u00e7a fez o posicionamento formal do governo luxemburgu\u00eas sobre um projeto de lei do deputado Sven CLEMENT onde ele deseja que fosse reaberto e dado mais prazo para realizar a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o para as pessoas que perderam o prazo de 10 anos para reivindicarem a nacionalidade luxemburguesa pelo artigo da RECUPERA\u00c7\u00c3O.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conforme j\u00e1 hav\u00edamos falado o governo se manifestou CONTRA o andamento deste projeto. A justificativa dada foi de que muitos dos candidatos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o residentes sequer da UE e com isso n\u00e3o estariam contribuindo em nada para o pa\u00eds, al\u00e9m de (na vis\u00e3o deles) ser injusto com os que naturalizam com o artigo 14 pois neste caso \u00e9 exigido conhecimento da l\u00edngua luxemburguesa, curso c\u00edvico e resid\u00eancia em Luxemburgo. J\u00e1 o artigo 89 \u00e9 muito brando e por isso transit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
